There are four commonly accepted Body Mass Index ranges which are underweight, normal weight, overweight and obese.

  1. Under Weight: If your BMI ranges under 18.5kg/m² then you lie in this range then it is a very serious issue.   2. Normal Weight: If your BMI ranges between 18.5kg/m² and 25kg/m² then your body weight is perfect you just need to maintain it need not increase or decrease your weight. You are lesser prone to any disease, you have the best posture, best body. Even if you are the fittest one you must have to take a healthy diet and drink plenty of water to keep yourself active.

  3. Over Weight: Panic! Your weight is more than 25kg/m² you lie in the overweight category. This, means you need to burn the bad fat and start taking a light diet. To get out of the category, firstly find out in which parts of your body your fat is concentrated and then consult a trainer on how to burn fat from those areas. And make sure you do the exercise which helps you to burn fat from those bulky areas. Consume watery fruits and avoid bad fat and protein as much as possible.

  4. Obese: If you lie in this category then you are more prone to diseases like diabetes, stroke, hypertension, and a lot of diseases. Also, your BMI crossed 30kg/m² which means now you only have a fatty body so to get out of this you need to follow weight-loss diets in a very systematic way, daily exercise, and stop junk foods.
